About Identity Verification

To ensure a safe and reliable experience for users, we require that newly created accounts or those that have had a change in their email or phone number be verified for the authenticity of their information.

 

Account transparency

In keeping with our commitment to making the internet safer for it's users and to better enforce our Rules of Conduct, account owners will need to verify their phone number through our SMS OTP (one-time password) and anti-fraud verification system during checkout. Just Great Sites will verify this and all account information against malicious fraud and allow the user to continue with payment. We do not charge orders until they have successfully passed the verification process.

The verification process is immediate and managed by FraudLabs Pro.
